Started out that the speaker in pass.door worked when it wanted to and then the speakers in rear stopped working at the same time. Got the speaker in pass.door working was a loose wire but speakers in rear wont work still. There not blown and now the speaker up front in middle of dash has constant static coming from it even when radio is powered off? The static stops only when ignition is off? Thinking channels are going bad in radio? Removed radio to check for loose connections but all is well?? Any ideas? Thanks in advance

 

Is it the Bose system? There is an amp mounted in the trunk from factory. The sound u hear from the speakers when radio is off is the amp staying powered on. Easiest thing to try us to hard reset the entire car. Take the negative battery cable off the battery leave it off and get in the car and pump the brake pedal 20 times. What this does is pull the power out of all the modules and powers everything down. Then reconnect the cable and see if that worked. If not u have an amp issue.

 

I have this EXACT same problem. I pulled the HU and checked everything and all was fine. Even have taken the rear amp apart to look for bad spots on the circuit board and nothing. Did you figure out what the problem was?

 

did you check all the wiring in the back of the HU? Could be that something came out or you might need a new wiring harness
