It should I plan on putting a 2nd gen. 13b turbo motor in my 1st gen. A 13b is a 13b so it should fit. That would be my guess anyway.

thats what ihave now in my 72 rx2 non turbo ,hopeing to find a whole 8 wrecked at acuton, yep 13 are 13 just the ports and hauseings have changed a little

No, the 13b Renesis engine does not fit in an Rx-7. Check the FAQs at the top of this section. Anything's possible, but you will need crazy modification.
