rotor housing crack

I was rebuiling my engine and found a crack in one of the rotor housings, can that be welded by like a machine shop or is it hopeless and i should just buy a new housing?

you should just get a new lightweight aluminum housing by Racing Beat. it'll cost you about 1,400 each part of the housing, but itll be great for more power in a better even more lightweight engine...
