Greeting everyone! New to the forum and hoping someone can help me out. When I was 16 my mom told me she would help me buy a car. I made my way online and came across the Mazda website which had the option to build and price your car. I put together my 871/2? Rx7 with all the options I wanted and checked on the price. I must have done more than that because a month or so later my mom recieved a call from the local Mazda dealer saying that my car had arrived. Long story shorter, my mom wouldn’t help me out and I couldn’t get my car.
Recently I saw a similiar rx7 for sale and thought it would be neat to try to locate the one I originally ordered and try to buy it if it still exists. Is there any way to get the vin number or track down this car knowing nothing more than the original destination, who the car was ordered for, what dealer it went to (the dealer has been closed for many years now)? Thanks for any help anyone can give.

 

WOW! KOOL story but I think unless you at least knew the first original dealer destination you may be in for a dead end?
