i got it runnin but

it is only hittin 4000 rpms and i think its only runnin on one rotar I NEED HELP

it has been runnin on one rotar since ive had it but it would still rev up to 8000 i dont get it it hits 4000 and backfires

so i found out thanks to none of you that its the mass air flow sensor
