Default Cool Air and vents

My 2009 CX-7 is a nice car, but when you want fresh air, it seems you must use the a/c. If that is turned off and you use the system to vent fresh air into the car it always seems to be HOT air.
How do you fix this

Since the aircon is turned off, the heat coming from the car's engine is the that is released in the blower. Why don't you just lower down your car windows instead and enjoy the fresh air?

It will depend on the outside air temperature.
