Default 91 rx-7

i am about to buy a 91 rx-7 convertible and i have only one concern for this car. it has an issue with the shifter feeling very mushy. it goes into gear and drives, but the shifter feels like it is just really soft. i have been looking around and it seems like this is a fairly common problem. i don't know a whole lot about the car...yet. that will come when i get it home and start to turn some bolts on it. is there anywhere that you all find parts for your rx-7's? does this issue just sound like a shift bushing?

You need to purchase the upper & lower shifter bushing kits from Mazdatrix. It is a common problem with 2nd gen RX7s.
