3rd owner, all records from Mazda in Atlanta. Records for 2000 dollars spent over past year. Wants 5300 probably 5K will get it. How's rotory hold up ? Seals ? She did 60,000 mile check up at Mazda.
What to look for, whats your thoughts.

a little steep, IMO. like a lot steep, really.

you could rationalize it that the car is well kept, but i got my 87 turbo for under 4k and it was immaculate with 65k miles.

i would expect a clean 84 to peak out at about 3-4k at absolute max.
