where can I find a harmonic balancer...

i think i need one too. the pulleys only go on the hub one way, and the hub is keyed, but the notch in the pulley does not line up with the T on the timing cover. its almost 180 degrees off. my guess is it spun on the rubber, so i tuned it by ear for now.
i also need a timing cover the person who worked on it befor me mangled them up pretty bad especially the top one.
