Default Revs drop to 0 when putting in clutch or putting in neutral only when engines warm

I have a 2003 Mazdaspeed Protege with a turbo. It has a HKS Blowoff-Valve and Tial Wastegate with a boost controller. For the boost gauge I tapped into the FPR line. When Iím driving and I press in the clutch to shift or put it in neutral the revs will drop to 0. This issue only happens when the engine is warm. Iíve already replaced the MAF sensor, EGR Valve, crank position sensor and the fuel pump, but I still have this issue. Also if I floor the gas pedal sometimes it will stick, I already cleaned the throttle body and it still happens. Any ideas on what this could be?
