Rear e-brake adjustment? HELP PLEASE!?!?

Just did rear brakes on my 01 protege mp3, i screwed the caliper back in and finished the brake job, now i dont havean e-brake. Should that allen screw be screwed back in or what? please help

Screw it in til the rotor drags and back it out a bit til you have no drag.
