Default Protege 2003 ES spark plug parts and torque

Hi,

I plan to change the spark plugs on my Protege 2003 ES. Should i buy genuine mazda parts or any other recommendation? Also, what torque setting is recommended for the spark plugs? Anybody with a workshop manual might be able to help here. I would like to get one but only found one place online selling it for $179!!

Thanks,
Awan

NGK plugs and wires work best for mazda motors. General rule is hand tight plus a half turn. No gorilla hands here...
