Two questions if I may for 2002 Protege5. Where is the jack handle stored? Power door locks work on passenger side and not the drivers side. Is there a relay or switch under the dash somewhere?

 

2001 protege jack handle in w/ spare. check owner's manual for layout of fuse panel (cover of fuse panel hard to read ) . connection to switch is under door panel. possibly a bad switch since rt side works , but lf side doesn't ( this switch obviously used more. good luck , check the easy things first .
