When shifting between 1st and 2nd, my P5 seems to not be getting enough gas, it almost stalls unless I keep the revs way up.
It does this even after the car has been running and warmed up.

Would appreciate any suggestions

But seriously it may be a clogged fuel filter. Replace it and let us know if that solved all your problems.
