oil in plug well

Went to change coils in my daughter's 2001 1600 protege and found excessive oil in one of the spark plug wells. First off can it be a valve cover gasket and if so is there a post on how to change it out.

99% chance its the rocker cover gasket.

have a look on YouTube for directions
pretty easy job.
