Please would somebody help,how to replace tail ligt(brake bulb),on Mazda Protege 1997..Thanks

 

i would imagine that you would have to remove the trunk lining where the light is located, there is most likely plastic clips and possibly some small screws holding it on, the bulb it self should be in a housing (pig tail) that will be attached to the tail light it self, you will have to turn this pig tail and remove it to access the bulb,
i have never removed the bulb on this year of protege but i have on older models and thats how i do it on them so i imagine it wouldnt be much diffrent on yours
