Default Low idle when in drive

Hi
I have 03 Protege LX. The car starts fine; the engine runs fine in P or N but when it is in drive the rpms are around 400-500 the car shakes like crazy. At first I had a P0506 code a vacuum hose was bad got it fix didn't make any difference . After clearing the code and driving the car for couple of hours I got this 3 codes: P300, P090, P0171.
I did change a O2 sensor (bank 1) didn't make any difference. I read a post https://www.mazdaforum.com/m_25830/tm.htm about the P0171 code which is due to bad Mass Air Flow sensor. They where saying something about warranty do u guys know which car that warranty covers and if that is my problem.
Thanks

that may be the problem, but the easiest way to fix that is just to get a can of MAF cleaner from the auto parts store. usually these things just get dirty or corroded a little and they just need to be cleaned.

Thanks
New problem on the car is no power in the lower rpm. If I pull the hand break and put the car in DRIVE and floor the gas th car does ont move or spin wheels. Just stays at 900rpm and nothing. Any ideas ?
I'm going to try to clean the MAF sensor today and wil see if it is better ? Also I'm changeing the transmision mount hope that will fix the shaking in drive.

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

I have an 02 LX and I hadsort of thesame problem. Revs would drop when idling in Neutral, but it wouldn't stall. Turns out I had to replace the EGR Valve. Might want to inspect that. If the MAF sensor isn't the problem.

Your problem could still be your Mass air they sell mass air flow sensor cleaner Personaly id use brake cleaner it works better and evaporates better the mafs cleaner leaves an oil flim with could play with your sensors reading.... try the brake clean
