Default left over Connector????

Hey guys, Newbie to Mazdas but got a great deal on an 2001 protege...but it had a spun bearing..so off to the yard new block and all head tranferred over (used a 626 long block bottom end) installed good to go...low and behold we have several engine codes and 1 3 prong connector by the intake tube that has no home??? All other connections are fine and this isnt my first time doing a motor swap however new to the protege.

list of issues

ABS light and parking brake light on (I know its a sensor I need to check them because I did remove them to do swap.

Flashing o/d off light..researched it still no clue it was fine prior to swap. will check fluid levels and solenoid

3 prong female connector that connects to the harness just below/beside the injector plugs...its oval shape and there is another one exactly like it that goes to the maf sensor on the air box...so I assume thats the reason its running a bit ruff once it warms up...I can send pics tomorrow if need be or upload a you tube video.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....
