interior leak

Default interior leak

I have alot of water getting in my Protege LX it floods my driver side front and rear when it rains,I also find water in my trunk, I dont see where it is comming from, my doors or roof aare not wet, my door seals all seem to be ok, the first time I found water was in my trunk but now it is inside my left side and trunk PLEASE HELP!!!!

hmm had this problem with my first car, grand am =p. theyre notorius for it though unlike proteges. i'd say it would almost have to be the weather stripping i don't really think it could be much else in a protege.

Thank you, I have some of my trunk interior torn out and plan on putting a water hose to it from out side to see if I can find it and then go from there, where my spare tire is it was full of water, I think that it got full then ran forward to the front. I will let you know what I find!!

I found my leak the water was comming in buy my tail light where the bumper mount is atached to the body there was a hairline crack and water ran down the light right to the crack on both sides. Thanks again
