Default How hard is it to remove the Intake Manifold? 96 Protege 1.5

I was removing the EGR valve and one of the bolts snapped off. It looks to me like I need to remove the intake manifold, bore out the stub, and remove it with an ez-out.

Has any one done this? I was a competent shade-tree mechanic 30 years ago (I rebuilt my first carberetor at 16). But I'm less inclined to start removing all those hoses and the fuel injector hardware. Are there any gotcha's I need to be aware of? Should I just tow the thing to the dealer and pay them $$$$ to fix it?
