Default Help ME

OK I have a 92 protege LX and it crapped out on me the other day. At first it was just sputtering a little then it died when I gave it gas. Now it wont start at all. It has a cold air intake superstock 7mm wires and new ngk plugs. It also has a chunk of exaust including the muffler, missing. which I was going to go fix but then it started freakin out on me. I think it might be my fuel pump, but I would like some other thoughts before I drop the tank and put a new pump in.

Check for spark first as the pump will not kick in unless the ECU sees that it has spark. No need to remove the tank for the fuel pump. Remove the back seat bottom and it's right there.
