Default deceleration ticking on 03 Protege5

Hello-
I'm hoping someone can help me diagnose a ticking noise. . It only happens when I let off the accelerater. (deceleration). Its louder at higher speeds and decreases to a slow tick when coming to a stop . It sounds like a rock lodged in my tire...but I checked.

FYI, I just bought it and the dealer told me the brakes/tires were just replaced. I was also thinking it could be a loose caliber/pad?

any help would be helpful.

thanks,

I know exactly what it is because I am in the middle of replacing it on my car It is your VTCS System Valves in your intake. They have come loose. You will need a new upper half of your intake manifold. Theres a recall for this problem. Search for on google: "Mazda Protege recall 3005c"

Youll see exactly what it is!

You should get it serviced asap!!! If the screws holding your valves in your intake get loose (which they already have hence the ticking) they will fly down into your engine and mess stuff up!
