Crank bolt removal ?

I have a Mazda Protege LX 2003 with 4 cyl. Fuel injection. I want to remove the crank bolt in order to replace the timing belt / water pump.
My question is - is it standard thread or reverse thread ?
When I tighten it back up what is the spec (torque)?
