Default Change Belts

Attempting to change the belts on my 2001 1.6L Protege. I loosened the power steering pump 14mm main bolt and 14mm tensioner bolt, and the 12mm bolt below the pump that attaches to the tensioner slide, but the pump would not rotate down to loosen tension. Even after prying with a crow bar and some pounding. Any hints? Hate to pound any more. Appreciate in advance.

i don't know if mazda is diffrent from any other car but you shouldn't have to loosen anything you should be able to take a 14mm socket with a breaker bar and the tension puller will move to take the tension off the belt then the belt slips off and you just put the new one back on not even the bolt on the tension puller should be loosened.
