I just bought a used 97 protege with the 1.5l engine. I drove it home and around for a day then the next morning swapped in some new spark plugs and now it will not start.
I do have spark and i have tried providing carb cleaner to the intake but it still wouldn't catch

i used my generic scan tool and it is not showing any Air flow from the maf but when i measured it koeo it was within specs
