Does anyone here know how to fix this problem went to autozone and pull the code and it said Variable tumble control system (VTCS)-soleniod and anyone here have a picture of that soleniod and does anyone here know how to fix it thanks

 

the vtsc was a recall issue. it should have been removed by the dealership some time around 2004. the vtsc is in the intake manifold and the selenoid sits on the passengers side of the intake manifold. you should consider taking off the intake manifold and removing the double butterfly valves associated with the vtsc.

none here, but if you google it, you can find a write-up for it. i just googled "mazda protege vtcs removal" and i found some decent results.
