hi, i am new to the forum hoping someone could give me a few ideas on the things going wrong with my car my idling is all messed up. When i am stopped at a red light with my clutch in my idling is fine (around 900 or so) but as soon as i release the clutch and put my foot on the break my idle rises till about 1.5-2 RPM'S and as soon as i push clutch in the RPM'S go back to normal. any ideas? very strange and not liking it one bit. man honestly i have never heard of a car reving up the only time i have ever seen that was on a 1991 nissian skyline gls and it was one of the sensors but it was straight idle at about 1700 rpm
