1996 Mazda Protege

Hey there.. On the engine/ valve cover of my 1996 mazda protege located at the top left hand corner i notice something is disconnected. is this causing me any problems?

It looks like the bracket to hold the AC line, I would re-attach it if possible. Vibrations can wreak havoc on steel lines and fittings.
