Default 01 Protege causing me fits

I have a 2001 Mazda Protege ES 2.0 automatic. My check engine light has been on for quite a while but I had to have it inspected by the end of last month. In March I had my wires changed, O2 sensors changed, and my big air tube in my engine changed. All costing me roughly 500 bucks. Well the mechanic passed my car and the check engine light was off for a whole day. The next day the light came back on and has been on since and is now flashing.

When I start my car after it sits for a while my car shakes really bad and there is a squealing sound which sounds like a belt loose or something. Also when I am stopped at a stop sign or light my car is shaking really bad as well and when I got to gas it my car has little power at all. When im going up hills im lucky to get to 25 mph.

Does anyone have any solution to my madness? I'm sick of wasting money at the garage.

get the check engine light codes thats the best way for else to tell you what it is. when your check engine light is on it means electrical failure when its flashing it means mechanical failure. to me it sounds like your ignition coil pack failed as for the squeeling im not sure it could be a belt but get those codes and we can tell you more.
