Cruise control

When I bought my used B3000 it had everything I wanted except cruise. Can I add on the mazda part? On a scale of 1-10 what's the frustration factor if I try it myself.

A B3000 is really a Ford Ranger. Anyway, on my '88 B2200 I added aftermarket Audiovox cruise control, works fine, was $100, maybe two hours to install.
