Brake fluid - dot 3
Auto trans fluid - dexron V
Engine oil - I prefer at least a 10W 40, but if you live in a cold climate, go with the 5W 30

If its a 4x4 make sure to use it every now and then, even if its just to pull out of your driveway, they are designed to be used and even on a new car may stop working properly if they are not.

Make sure you keep up with fluid and filter changing on the tranny otherwise you will probably be certain to have premature problems with it but that is the same with any automatic.

Havn't heard anything else bad about them yet
