i have a 1990 b2600i pickup truck. haves transmission probs. it has clutch but when pressed the pedal goes down and the arm on the trans end goes out. the problem is that arm does not return to the original position. i have clutch cause when it goes into gear it runs through that gear fine. changed the slave....same deal. when under the truck you can see the arm move when clutch pedal is pushed and it does not return and pedal is at bottom level against floor.

i was told there is some sort of spring in there that sometimes comes loose on the mazdas? like a return spring of some sort to push the arm back out when pedal is released. but, i figured i would ask here first before tearing it down.

truck started to get harder and harder to get in gear. so i changed the slave. no help there same as above. please help.

Sounds like you still have air in the system, you'll need to bleed it a few more times to get all of the air out before it starts to function properly.
