Default 1989 B2200 ECU

according to av-pro the 1990-1993 mazda B2600, MPV, B2200, 2.2 & 2.6 L Mitsubishi designed ECM-ECU computers have failed or will fail eventually, does anyone know if the 1989 B2200 carberated 2.2 is one that will fail allso ?

i got a 89 b2200 and im looking to get a new engine..something bigger and faster then the 2.2......u got any suggestions?

I'm not sure about just bolting them in, but Mazda has a b2300, b2500, b2600, b3000, b4000. or you could allways go with a small block chevy or ford or ?? have fun. hope this helps.

1989 mazda b2200 distributer and coil wire i cant remember how it goes together? is there a photo that i cant work with?
