Just wondering if anyone out there has converted an A/T for an M/T in an MX6... and if so, what would be a rough estimate on the cost/time/etc? I'm looking into doing this because I can't really stand an automatic, and fixing an automatic transmission is a pain. :-p

check out mx6.com and probetalk.com theres lots of info on this swap and u will be very happy with the difference in acceleration i think the quater mile time on a auto is 17 somethin and stick is 15s its a doable swap and worth every hour/penny

 

its not that bad it depends if you have all the parts you need right there and how machanicly inclined you are id the swap in my 626's if you need more details i have the step by step guide for it if needed
