stuck cd's in radio

stuck cd's in radio
I have 6 CD's stuck in the radio, it says i have 0 but they are in there. It will not take any CD's nor will it play the ones in it. how do you get them off or get the panel off to get to the cd player to remove the top and manuallly remove them???
