Default Power Upgrade suggestions?

I've had a 95 MX-6 LS for almost 2 years now, I'm in the process of replacing most of the rear subframe, but started thinkin about getting some power upgrades? My friend told me to start with the ECU... I had originally wanted to do a tranny swap to make it manual, but I don't really have the time and arsenal of equipment to do it. So i decided to go for a power upgrade. any suggestions?

Default RE: Power Upgrade suggestions?

My approach if I could start over would be this.... Cams first. They will show a huge improvement compared to an intake or exhaust. And when you do those 2 next they'll result in a more noticeable improvement than in an otherwise stock car.

If you just want to "chip" the stock ecu then atleast have future mods planned out in advance so they work with the "flash" provided.

If you want to go standalone so you can experiment more freely thenI sujest Megasquirt.

It's cheap and very capable.

An mx-3 or billit flywheel is a nice upgrade when you do a manual swap.
