I have a 1997 MX6 that I've owned since 2006 but for the past 2 years it's been off the road. I have gone out and started it every other week and taken the battery off during the winter. 2 weeks ago I went to start it and nothing so I have just bought a new battery for it and it started straight away.

The next thing for me to do is to see what it fails on for it's M.O.T, if it's just silly bits then fine but if it's a lot of bigger things then I will probably break it up for spares, I really don't want to do that as I love this car but needs must.

So if I end up breaking it for spares would any of the members be interested in any of the parts?

All parts are working.
