Mx3 To Mx6

Mx3 To Mx6
Hey guys, I have a friend whose got an Mx3 thats fairly modified, however hes blown the engine, and for some reason has had to "write" the car off. So hes now bought a 97 mx6, both cars have a v6 in them and Im looking to find what will swap over from either car. Heres a list of what hes got, thanks in advance.
-headers
-high pressure fuel pump
-fuel pressure regulator
-stainless cat & muffler (not sure whether its a cat back, or just these pieces welded in, regardless I doubt a cat back would swap from an mx3 to an mx6)
-tokico struts with eibach springs
-ported and polished heads w/ valve job (since the motor is apparently blown, I dont think Ill bother with these)
-high out put alternator
-b&m short throw shifter
-ceramic clutch
-lightened underdrive pulley
-intake manifold spacers
-high flow intake
Now the new mx6 is also automatic, where as the mx3 is a standard, I know Honda's are fairly easy to swap from auto to stick, but how hard is it to swap an mx6? Anyone tried it?
If anyone can point me straight, I would appreciate it. thanks.
