I think it's a little over priced personally, but I know Canada winters are harder on cars. I imagine finding a clean one is not easy. The biggest things to worry about are rust (of course), timing belt service, and whether it's been modded or not. I see aftermarket tail lights, headlights, and wheels. The front lip has been replaced (not a cheap part). Parts can be scarce for the interior and body, but I have not had much trouble finding mechanical bits. A lot of people swap the 1.8 K8 for the 2.5 KL-ZE or KL-DE engines. It's a direct bolt in snaptube vidmate upgrade and ups it to 200hp.
