Wrong question on timing belt!
My question SHOULD have been: Is it possible to see the camshaft rotate when the oil filler cap is removed? That is if the oil filler access is on the rocker cover. I have NOT seen the engine yet and will take a breaker bar and sockets with me if this is possible.
