Where is blower motor relay located? 98 mvp 4x4

Howdy, blower fan not working, no power at fan switch.can jump blower fan and runs on high. Is there a relay for the blower fan? If so where? Also resistor seems fine. Thanks for any info

It has a breaker or a fuse depending on the year. It has a relay usually in the underhood fuse/relay box depending on what year.
