Default MPV 2000: How to remove windows switch unit

Hello ALL.

I have MPV 2000, and one of power windows switch on driver's side door is dead.

So, I would like to fix it.

Does anyone know how do I remove windows switch unit ( or molding that has 4 windows switches, door lock, unlock switch and one more switch )???

There is one screw on it. I can remove screw. but unit doesn't come out.

2 Options. I have mine apart right now as I am looking for a new motor. Take the whole door off. Or the entire wood trim will pop out on its own. But it is well clamped in. You use a small screw driver to pry up on the back of the trim piece. (Back is not the side along the door. It is opisit the point in the front. Using another there are small clips around the site. Just push in along the side. THe front point will come up last as it lips under. Do not pry there.
