Any one with info on how gear indicator operates as mine is not working. Haynes manual has no info on it. It apears to be a orange flag which moves from gear # opening to next etc. Mine is stuck at far left of park indicator slot and will not move despite what gear has been selected by shift handle. This is a 2wd v6 non overdrive automatic.I would like to repair this fault but need some info before I tear into dash bezel as it is not much fun. Especially if fault is not located there.
