Default 2003 Electric Locks Sliding and rear door.

So the sliding and rear electric door locks don't seem to be working. Front door locks are fine. Went to the junkyard and picked up a couple of control modules as well as actuators. Replaced the control module, made no difference. Replaced the actuator on in the hatch. When I click the button I can hear the actuator doing something, but it seems like it doesn't have enough power to actually lock or unlock the door. Terminals on the sliding doors seem clean. I haven't put a multimeter on the plug yet to see what it's doing, but looking for any other suggestions.
