Default 00 MPV Oil Pan

Hello,

Just wonder if someone can tell me how easy is to replace the oil pan gasket from a 2000 MPV,
Ilook under the car and correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like I would have to remove the downpipe of the exahust, right after the 2 Catalitc converter to be able to get the oil pan out.

any tips to change it or in another case, what would be a fair price from a mechanic to replace it....

Thank you,

Basicly.. The exhaust needs to come down, unbolt it from the manifold, just bend the pipe out of the way a bit... (It's flex pipe so it can handle it) There is the cross member right there too that needs to come down.. They are pretty dang tight on that one so that will be a battle. It's not too hard to really do.. Would really suggest liquid wrench on the exhaust bolts though..
