00 MPV check engine light flashing

The check engine light on my 2000 mpv is flashing. What could be the possible cause/s?

You should get it checked sooner, rather than later. While there are hundreds of faults that can cause the CEL to illuminate, only the most critical problems will make it flash. Examples are low oil pressure or high engine temperature.
