For the 1995 Mazda Millenia drivers with the spoked wheels, we all know that it's super hard to get the dirt and grime in between the crevences, right? Add a little foam tire cleaner to loosen the dirt, THEN I used rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball (make sure to saturate the cotton ball) and the dirt literally came rolling down revealing a super clean wheel. Make sure you have a wet rag with you because all the greasy dirt and grime will dry on the wheel if you don't wipe it up immediately. After so, I manually washed it and my wheels have never looked so clean.Try it! I hope it helps!
