I'm looking for a shifter-arm release button (the black plastic thumb button) for '95 Millenia 2.5. I've replaced it once already (with a used one) but now it's toast again. I guess Mazda considers it part of the complete shifter arm/apparatus and doesn't sell just the bakelite plastic button, even though it can be installed pretty easily in the shifter arm by itself. So it looks like fairly big bucks to buy the complete shifting arm unit just to get the plastic push-button, which is all you need as far as I know.

Maybe someone has a better idea in replacing just the button vs. buying the whole shifting unit.
