hi my car power stering wheel is going crazy when i usually take out the key the it goes up but it doesnt and i try to lock my doors and they wont lock from the inside they unlock right away when i press the lock button so i have to lock it from the outside i have the millenia s 2000

 

It thinks the key is still in the ignition. There is a micro-switch in there that tells the CPU whether it is in or out.
