Question Possible thermostat problem/location?

Hi,
It's REALLY cold here lately and my '96 Millenia started running hot a couple days ago. I've noticed that when it is sitting, idling sometimes there is cool air coming from the vents when it should be warm. When the car is moving the air warms up. There really isn't much of a pattern as to when the temp gauge goes to hot...though it seems to heat up more when the car is driving at higher speeds...still, it is kind of erratic. I am wondering if the thermostat is sticking or partially sticking, causing the car to run hot & the heat not to work exactly as it should. Has anyone else had this problem before or know exactly where and how to get at the thermostat in this car? Thanks.

sounds like your low on radiator fluid. a good flush and fill might help

Thanks, It seemed like there was enough fluid in there but I will double-check in the morning before I drive it. Any idea where the thermostat is located & how to change it out....just in case it's not a low fluid problem?
